The pool is nice. Lake Carolyn is not far from the hotel. Again, it was good for exploring irving convention center. Food in the REASONABLY PRICED restaurant was great.

The hotel's complementary breakfast was outstanding and offered a variety of healthy options. The shuttle service was convenient and efficient, and the hotel's proximity to the airport was a huge advantage. Additionally, the comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep after a long day.
Some of the rooms are dated and lack sound insulation, making it difficult to sleep at night due to noise.
The response from some of the staff regarding issues with room selection was not very helpful and did not prioritize the customer's satisfaction.

The shower in our room was luxurious and spacious. Additionally, the bed was huge and very comfortable for a good night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants and services, making it easy to find what you need.
While the hotel location is convenient, there are no convenient stores nearby.
The restaurant options in the area are a bit limited and overpriced, so it may be worthwhile to explore other areas for meals.
